Orderings
The orders are effective at the receipt of payment by Win in Health. Any order implies acceptance without limitation or qualification of these terms and conditions. When the client had placed his order and processed the payment, it is considered to have accepted knowingly and without reservation, these general conditions of sale. The client also agrees to accept the content of the order including prices, volumes, and quantities of products offered for sale.

Taxes
In Canada, shipping, federal tax (GST) and provincial taxes will be added to the order. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price that will be charged to the client, using the selected payment method.
For orders shipped outside of Canada, no taxes will be charged by Win in Health. However, import duties and customs fees of the country can be charged at the border entrance. These import duties and customs fees are the client’s responsibility and must be paid by the client. We are not required to check and inform you of import duties and customs fees. Win in Health cannot be held responsible for such fees. No reimbursement request for these fees will be accepted by Win in Health. It is the customer's responsibility to check those fees with the competent authority of the destination country, prior to payment.
Shipment
Product in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days following receipt of payment by Win in Health. Unavailable products are usually shipped within 10 to 20 business days. In this case, customer will be informed of delayed shipment by Win in Health.
Purchase by Underage Persons
Win in Health authorizes underage persons to buy their products. To proceed with payment of the order, the underage customer must have a credit card or ask a parent or legal guardian to proceed to payment. Any order by a minor can be done in person, in store.
Partial Invalidity
If one or more of these terms are held to be invalid or declared as such under any law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Litigation
Win in Health products are subject to Canadian law and registered on Health Canada Licensed Natural Health Products Database. Win in Health cannot be held liable for damages of any kind that might result from improper use of their products. At all times, Win in Health’s responsibility will be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products. In case of issues in implementing this contract, the customer has the opportunity and is strongly encouraged to seek an amicable solution before considering legal action. Claims or disputes will always be received with goodwill, since good faith is always presumed with those who take the time to explain their situation. In case of dispute, the customer should first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
