If you would like to exchange any of your products that you have purchased or get a refund, here are our exchange and refund policies.
No opened product or product whose container is broken, punctured or damaged by the customer will be accepted for exchange or refund, without prior written agreement between the customer and Win in Health.
Damage caused by our delivery companies will be reimbursed.
The customer has thirty (30) working days, from the date of receipt recorded by the carrier, to request a return authorization. Any return request must be sent to Win in Health by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return is at the expense of the customer unless conditions are met.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the package.
The products must be returned to Win in Health in perfect condition for resale in their original condition, duly sealed with a copy of the original invoice.
Return must be made by a registered carrier, providing a tracking number and insurance for the value of the product.
In the event of a refund, the amount of the cost of the product and taxes will be credited on the basis of the original method of payment, within 48 hours of receipt of the package by Win in Health.
Confirmation will be sent by email.
The transaction on the credit card statement can take up to 48 to 72 hours after the reimbursement by Win in Health.
The delivery costs will be credited.
In the event of a return of orders to Win in health from outside Canada, taxes and customs fees will be billed at the Canadian border. The customer will have to pay customs fees and taxes.
The amount of these taxes will be deducted from the refund.
For the exchange of products, the customer must pay delivery charges to return it to Win in Health in certain extant.
