Order error

Once completed, can I modify my order?

In the event of an error made on your order by Win in Health, you must immediately contact us by email at info@wininhealth.com. If your order was not shipped we will help you modify your order before delivery. If you order was shipped Win in Health will send a return slip to the customer for the return of the merchandise. The customer must return the product as soon as possible, in perfect condition for resale (in original condition), duly sealed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice corresponding to the purchase. The product must be returned in the best protected packaging possible in order to limit any deterioration during transport. The return authorization number must be clearly indicated on the packaging. If this is Win in Health error we will undertakes to pay the transport costs for the return of the product and the return of the conforming product ordered. No shipment of the compliant product will be made by Win in Health before receipt of the product sent in error to the customer. I never received my order confirmation. You must contact the info@wininhealth.com service, in case your order is not confirmed within the normal deadlines.

Damaged item

To obtain an exchange for an item damaged in transit, the customer must contact us at info@wininhealth.com, mentioning the order number and providing photos of the product as received from the carrier.

Exchanges and refunds

No open product or product with broken, punctured or damaged seal will be accepted for exchange or refund, without prior written agreement between the client and Win in Health. The customer has thirty (30) business days, from the reception date registered by the carrier, to request a return authorization. Any request for return must be made to Win in Health by email at info@wininhealth.com The return is at the customer's expense. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the package. The products must be returned to Win in Health in perfect condition for resale in their original condition, duly sealed with a copy of the original invoice. The return must be by a registered carrier, providing tracking number and insurance for the product's value.

In case of a refund, the amount of product's cost and taxes will be credited based on the original method of payment, within 48 hours following the parcel's receipt by Win in Health.

A confirmation will be sent by email to the client. The transaction on the credit card statement may take up to 48 to 72 hours following the refund by Win in Health. Delivery charges will be credited.

In case of returned orders to Win in Health from outside of Canada, taxes and customs fees will be charged at Canadian border. The customer will be required to pay the customs fees and taxes. The amount of these taxes will be deducted from the refund.

For a product exchange, the customer must pay delivery charges to send it back to Win in Health.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcel

If a package is unclaimed by the client, the carrier will automatically return it to Win in Health. The package refused by the customer upon delivery will also be returned to Win in Health. The customer must contact Win in Health for a refund, according to the terms in the "Exchanges and Refunds" section. Depending on the reason for refusal or unclaimed package, return fees charged by the carrier may be charged to the customer. In the case of free delivery, Win in Health reserves the right to charge these costs to the customer who refuses or didn't claim the package.

Order Modification

To change a confirmed and paid order, the client must contact Win in Health as soon as possible, at info@wininhealth.com The email must provide the order number and modification request. In case the order has already been processed and / or shipped, no modification will be made. Win in Health will notify the client by replying to the email.

Order Cancellation

To cancel a confirmed and paid order, client must contact Win in Health as soon as possible, at info@wininhealth.com The email must provide the order number. No cancellation can be made for any orders shipped and handed over to the carrier. Win in Health will notify the client by replying to the email.
